Westhuizen Weller Academy · A Guided Journey
Write Your Life Story
Look back with new eyes. Understand where you've come from. Discover who you are becoming.
Your life is more than a collection of events. It is a story shaped by places, people, choices, challenges, values, relationships, strengths, and moments of transformation. Write Your Life Story is a guided 10-week journey that helps you explore that story with honesty, creativity, compassion, and meaning.
Your story matters
What if your life makes more sense when you finally see the whole story?
We often remember our lives as isolated moments: a childhood, a relationship, a difficult period, a decision, a success, a loss, a new beginning.
But when we bring these moments together, patterns begin to appear.
We begin to see what shaped us. What strengthened us. What we learned. What we value.
And perhaps most importantly, who we are becoming.
Past
What happened?
Understanding
What shaped me?
Meaning
What did I learn?
Future
Who am I becoming?
This isn't about writing a perfect autobiography.
This course is not about becoming a professional writer. It is about becoming more deeply connected to your own story.
You don't need to have everything figured out. You don't need to write beautifully. You simply need to be willing to look, reflect, and put some of your experience into words.
Through guided writing, reflection, creative exercises, and optional sharing, you'll explore your life from new perspectives.

Safe & respectful
Your story. Your boundaries. Your pace.
Some memories are deeply personal. You decide what you write, what you keep private, and what you choose to share. The course creates a respectful environment where participation in group sharing is voluntary. The intention is not to relive everything, but to explore your experiences with curiosity, perspective, compassion, and meaning.
The next chapter
Your story is not finished.
Looking back is only part of the journey. When you understand where you've come from, you can begin to make more conscious choices about where you're going.
The final chapter of this course isn't really a final chapter at all. It's an invitation to begin writing the next one.
